A bridge between Detroit and Windsor, Ontario, may be blocked by President Trump's demand for Canada to share ownership before it can open. The Gordie Howe International Bridge, named for a Hall of Fame Canadian-born hockey legend, was set to open in early this year but was canceled at the last minute. Stephen Laskowski, president of the Canadian Trucking Alliance, said he was about to make his way to the grand opening when he got the news that it had been canceled. The Canadian government and Michigan jointly own the bridge, but Trump has said that isn't good enough.
